Vitralit 1691 is a new UV and heat curing epoxy resin Glob Top available from Eurobond Adhesives This new addition to their range has high ionic purity and demonstrates extreme temperature resistance between -40 deg C/+180 deg C

Vitralit 1691 cures in just 2 min when exposed either to UV (UV-A 70mW/cmin2) or can be thermally cured when exposed to 110 deg C.

It has very low water absorption rates, typically 0.2% with very little shrinkage when cured.

Vitralit 1691 has fast UV-surface fixation and the subsequent short after-bake process with infrared radiation implies that there is no limit to the lamination strength.

Vitralit 1691 has a shelf life of six months when stored at 5 deg C with no exposure to UV-radiation.
