Fast, precise and flexible coding and marking
With the launch of the PXR series continuous ink jet printer range, Hitachi, a company with 30 years experience in continuous ink jet (CIJ), has set new performance benchmarks
"Printing speed, a crucial factor for FMCG producers, is no longer a limitation." Vespalase will be introducing their laser marking machines.
These provide permanent marking on all classes of substrate, including difficult material like metal, glass, ceramics, plastics and foils.
An extensive font library and multi language capability means the machines can address all mainstream marking requirements including conventional and 3D barcodes and bespoke logos and marks.
The depth of mark can also be varied.
Within the range is a fibre optic laser with a projected tube life 100,000 hours continuous maintenance free performance and is a viable alternative to thermal transfer.
The Vespalase machines are easy to set up, either from the local control panel or via the network connection.
High reliability, minimal maintenance, low power consumption and no requirement for consumable supplies all contribute to exceptionally low lifetime cost of ownership.
Experts from Euromark and Vespalase will be on hand throughout the show.
