Environmental Equipments has developed the tough Model 1070 industrial vibration transducer, which is unaffected by temperatures between -20degC and +500degC.

Environmental Equipments' Model 1070 industrial vibration transducer is a tough guy in the transducer world Unaffected by temperatures between -20degC and +500degC, the 1070 is ideal for vibration monitoring in the harshest industrial conditions

The stainless steel casing of the transducer and the permanently attached signal conditioning unit (SCU) and 500g high shock tolerance makes the transducer suitable for continuous machine condition monitoring applications where long term signal reliability is essential.

The acceleration range of +/-50g at 10Hz to 3kHz and vibration range of 50 mm/sec at 10Hz to 1kHz are combined with low magnetic sensitivity.

Both acceleration and vibration signal outputs and power input are via a four-pin connector on the SCU.

Signal output is 100mV/g for acceleration and 10mV/mm/sec for vibration with output impedance of 300 O.

The transducer, weight 500gms, is supplied with four M4 clearance mounting holes in the base.

The system is fully electrically isolated and requires power supply of 25mA at 24-30Vdc regulated.
