Optical checking system is very
adapatable
Originally designed and widely marketed to check capacitors and other surface mount devices an optical system also checks square, rectangular, round and cylindrical parts.
Originally designed and widely marketed to check capacitors and other surface mount devices, this latest development of the CAPVIS system, which includes additional cameras and a unique component "transport" mechanism, allows for 2, 4 or 6 sided inspection of a very wide range of square, rectangular, round and cylindrical parts The flexible software approach enables the system to be configured for differing component designs, thereby enabling quick changeover and use across varying product lines

Low cost vision system checks electronic parts
Low cost vision inspection system is designed for the 4 or 6-sided inspection of components such as capacitors, diodes, resistors and other small devices.
High resolution system automates diodes inspection
Low cost visual measurement system replaces manual inspection, by microscope, of components like capacitors, diodes, resistors, inductors, sensors, varistors, thermistors and multiple chip arrays.
Depending on component type, inspection and sorting speeds of up to 35,000 components per hour can be achieved, removing faulty or out of specification components and delivering defect free batches.
The CAPVIS 4 system will precisely check for visual defects including, surface damage, cracks, plating defects over-undersize, marking and measure components sized from 0.5mm upwards.
This is achieved with resolutions of between 3 - 7 microns, depending on component size.
CAPVIS 4 is easy to use and has been designed as a low cost, 100% inspection solution which can be easily integrated into the production environment.
Designed to be maintenance free and for 24hr use, operator intervention has been kept to a minimum thereby ensuring consistent inspection results.
System interfaces enable SPC analysis during operation and all results and data can be directly transferred to the users own database for future analysis.
System support is provided by download/upload of parameters across the Internet ensuring fast response to changes in customer requirements.
