Evalue Technology has announced that it has entered into a Letter of Agreement to purchase BCM Advanced Research, a renowned supplier of industrial motherboards for the embedded computer industry.

The Letter of Agreement has received unanimous board of director approval by the Board of Directors of the respective companies.
The merged entity will be headquartered in Taipei, Taiwan and will retain both the Evalue US office located in Tinton Falls, New Jersey and the BCM office in Irvine, California.
In the short term the companies will be operating in a business as usual fashion.
Customers should continue to correspond as usual with their respective contacts and expect no changes or disruptions in service or policy.
