Global demand for manufacturing intelligence software from leading OEMs has fostered continuous company expansion at Executive Manufacturing Technologies.

Executive Manufacturing Technologies (EMT) today announced that it has now surpassed 65 employees, adding nearly 20 in the past year alone This growth comes as a result of rapidly increasing global demand for its VisualPlantT manufacturing intelligence software from companies such as Ford, DaimlerChrysler and Gillette

EMT recently moved to larger headquarters to support its continuing growth.

"EMT is a collection of talented individuals who all have the same goal of helping manufacturers achieve efficiencies never before possible," says company president and CEO Dennis Cocco.

"My most important role is really to enable creative ideas to become practical solutions for our customers.

EMT's vision for both its people and our place in the market are long-term." Company growth - the company is growing all departments including sales, marketing, finance, administration and human resources.

EMT is also dramatically staffing up its professional services, commercial engineering, and research and development departments and is looking for several additional application specialists, project managers and experts credentialed in Microsoft.Net architecture.

EMT recently reorganized key departments to enhance its customer services.

The company created a separate professional services unit that includes commercial engineering, project management and technical support departments.

The sales engineering department was similarly divided into two departments specializing in pre- and post-sales service.

HR policies - EMT places an emphasis on attracting and keeping the best team members, says human resources manager Heidi Flynn.

Sales executive additions - EMT recently made four additions to the company's US sales force.

New sales executives Jeffrey Chapman, Steven Winski, Jim Wharton and Mike Yost start immediately, helping to reinforce VisualPlant's industry dominance and accelerate its rapid revenue growth.

Chapman has held various sales positions for the last 20 years with Oracle, Peoplesoft, SAP, i2 Technologies and most recently Peregrine Systems, where he was a regional sales manager.

Located in Rochester Hills, MI, Chapman has a particularly strong background in integration solutions and manufacturing and maintenance software for the automotive industry.

Chapman graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication and marketing.

Winski has been a sales professional for over 16 years, with software sales experience emphasizing manufacturing and supply chain execution.

Solution selling to the executive level, he has held director of business development and regional sales manager roles with technology providers including Rockwell Software and Catalyst International.

Based out of Duluth, GA, Winski earned a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Purdue University.

Jim Wharton, a former vice president of marketing at Fourth Shift, has served in a number of sales capacities at Datastream and Aventail.

He has nearly 20 years experience in software sales and manufacturing software, specializing in enterprise solutions and asset management, maintenance and ERP software for Fortune 1000 manufacturers.

Wharton is located in Copley, OH, and is a graduate of Malone College where he received his Bachelor's degree.

Mike Yost starts immediately in the newly-created role of solutions architect based in Cleveland, OH.

Yost has spent over ten years in sales and support functions for automation software for discrete manufacturers.

He was a form business development manager at Matrix Automation and an account manager at Rockwell Automation.

Yost earned a degree in Industrial Engineering from Pennsylvania State University.
