The BC-RDI contains SAPscript forms data and logical information passed from the SAP solution to Dialogue.
Dialogue interprets the data structure of BC-RDI and provides an external maintainer to manage the received data.
The data can be used by Dialogue to build and deploy all types of fully personalized batch, real-time, and interactive document applications - from complex, high-volume transactional documents to on-demand marketing and interactive correspondence over the web.
Dialogue was designed from the ground up to easily integrate with all types of enterprise data sources and systems, including ODBC databases, web services, message queues, CRM, ECM, imaging archives and more.
