Key drivers in the selection of Dialogue were its collaborative design environment, ease of use and comprehensive set of capabilities to produce variable colour documents of all types.
Dialogue's point-and-click design features make it possible for Blue North's creative staff to generate fully composed output, including variable text and graphic images, that print in minutes.
Blue North is also taking full advantage of Dialogue's ability to reuse design objects across multiple applications, significantly reducing development time for a complex, personalised monthly newsletter the design firm produces for a multi-product insurance company.
Dialogue ensures the printed personalised newsletter will be graphically consistent in content from issue to issue, extending to the web where the newsletter is simultaneously deployed.
"Dialogue's robust capabilities allow us to offer clients personalised, data-driven communications that give them - and us - a competitive advantage," said Brent Klassen, partner, Blue North Strategies.
"We can personalise documents while integrating all the various components of a communications strategy with consistent content, no matter what the delivery vehicle - brochures, direct mail, newsletters or websites.
Using Dialogue, we are creating integrated marketing communications that carry real impact".
"Blue North Strategies is an innovative marketing firm that is actively responding to the growing demand for variable data communications that are fully personalised for individual customers, said Jamie Harris, vice president of service provider practice at Exstream.
"We are pleased to see Dialogue being adopted by design firms, and expect this market-differentiating trend to continue as more and more enterprises realise the dramatic benefits they can reap from increased response rates and more satisfied customers".
