Latin America Viewed as Key Market for High Performance Enterprise Personalisation

Exstream Software has announced it has given Digipro the right to sell and distribute its Dialogue software throughout Mexico and Columbia Digipro, headquartered in Mexico City, provides document management solutions for financial firms, banks, telecommunications firms, utilities, government institutions and other organisations that communicate with a large base of installed customers on an ongoing basis

Exstream's distributorship agreement provides Digipro the opportunity to offer a high-performance enterprise personalisation solution to customers who want to deliver sophisticated, one-to-one communications that reflect the complete client relationship.

In Latin America, over 95 percent of customer communications still take place via paper-based documents, making it a very powerful channel for companies to expand customer relationships for increased profitability.

Dialogue's robust functionality allows companies to create any kind of personalised communications from high-volume bundled billing documents to reports and other fully customised communications, while meeting business requirements for speed to market, cost-effectiveness and increased customer retention.

Additionally, Dialogue's regulatory support and enterprise workflow technology automates document management, allowing highly regulated industries to deliver compliant communications more efficiently.
