Exstream Software Hires Richard Troksa
Former IBM Executive Brings 19 Years of Software Solutions Experience to Exstream

Troksa will help Exstream expand into new channels and vertical markets by developing and managing business partnerships, strategic alliances and independent software vendor (ISV) relationships.
Exstream has developed an impressive number of strategic partnerships over the past several years that include IBM, Xerox, Hewlett Packard and Bowe Bell and Howell, and plan continued growth in this area.
Troksa comes to Exstream with a consistent track record of accomplishments and experiences gained during his 19-year career with IBM.
Prior to joining Exstream, he was director of worldwide industrial segment marketing for IBM, responsible for providing products and solutions to the industrial and distribution customer set.
Troksa also served as IBM's business line director, software and services.
In this position, he led the initiative to create a worldwide services team focused on software and solutions.
Troksa's documented successes in both technical and business-oriented assignments will serve him well as he helps Exstream continue its recordsetting global expansion.

Troksa holds a master's degree in Engineering Management from colourado State University and a BSc in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University.
