DataProse reports it is now able to process documents five times faster, which dramatically affects turnaround time.
The company has also reduced staffing requirements from eight programmers to four, in spite of an increased demand for customised documents.
DataProse selected Dialogue for its high performance engine, which processes communications up to 80 times faster than other products, its ease of use and its ability to deliver complex communications through multiple delivery channels.
