Significant Benefits Using Dialogue Software
Central and South America's Leading Provider of Telecommunications Benefits from Dialogue to Create User-friendly Statements and Decrease Document Production Time by 40 Percent
After using Dialogue for just three months, DTI reports it has significantly improved its resource utilisation, streamlined processes and reduced production time by as much as 80 percent.
These improvements have allowed DTI to pass along cost savings to their customers, as well as meet aggressive time-to-market demands.
Key considerations in DTI's decision to use Dialogue include its ability to easily integrate with current systems; its "design once, deliver anywhere" capability, which saves tremendous time because the original document design does not have to be changed in order to support new delivery channels; and its regulatory support module, which manages content by effective dates and jurisdictions, making it easy to produce compliance documents quickly and accurately.

Rapid Growth Using Exstream's Dialogue
Exstream Software has announced positive reports from Kaye-Smith, a full-service integrated solutions provider located in Renton, WA using Dialogue since 2003.
Another key driver affecting DTI's decision was Dialogue's valuable contribution to the company's postal optimisation strategy.
Dialogue's compatibility with DTI's in-house mailing equipment, coupled with its high-volume print/mail module (which maximises efficiency by controlling the creation of print files), is making it possible for DTI to significantly improve processing performance and reduce postage costs.
DTI's business is currently 70 percent print/mail; however, the company is expanding its business to offer customers Web applications that include direct mail options, email messaging and a variety of promotional materials.
"Our primary reason for choosing Dialogue is that it enables us to be a total messaging solutions provider and offers everything we need to make it happen - from personalised document creation to multi-channel delivery," said David Jacobson, president of DTI.
"We are very excited about the expanded capabilities Dialogue gives us".
"In fact, we feel so confident Dialogue will take us to the next level, we are aggressively banking our future on it".
Dialogue also provides DTI with a single solution for developing the response-driven communications it produces for telemarketing organisations.
DTI offers telemarketing companies a "virtual" letter system that personalises letters and promotional materials based on customer data collected by telemarketers from individual calls.
Additionally, Dialogue's flexibility makes it possible for DTI to accept virtually any input stream companies send, ensuring a quick turnaround.
And Dialogue's component library, which serves as the central repository for all applicable design elements, allows DTI to easily incorporate variable logos, graphic images, icons and other pertinent information, creating response-driven communications that are relevant to the recipient.
"DTI has the vision and characteristics a company needs to thrive in today's business environment," said Davis Marksbury, president and CEO of Exstream Software.
"Dialogue is the perfect product for such a company because it offers the flexibility and scalability necessary to ensure successful growth through personalisation".
"We are proud to be a part of DTI's success".
