Central and South America's Leading Provider of Telecommunications Benefits from Dialogue to Create User-friendly Statements and Decrease Document Production Time by 40 Percent
Providing design through delivery of customised communication services for the banking and credit union industries, TPSi has drastically improved time to market and increased productivity using Dialogue to produce customised communication offerings for their customers - including fully personalised statement, loan invoice, newsletter, e-insert and other printed and electronic document applications.
Key drivers in TPSi's selection of Dialogue were its intuitive graphical user interface, which makes it twice as fast to modify applications; the advanced tables module for creating transaction driven 1:1 statements and other documents in substantially less time than they could do with their previous technology; its dynamic charting and file import capabilities for more sophisticated bank statement, checking and marketing applications; and its ability to support personalised document delivery through multiple print and electronic channels.
"We understand the importance of helping our customers meet their deadlines with time to spare".

Rapid Growth Using Exstream's Dialogue
Exstream Software has announced positive reports from Kaye-Smith, a full-service integrated solutions provider located in Renton, WA using Dialogue since 2003.
"Dialogue is making it possible for us to respond to customer requirements for unusual and sophisticated personalised documents, and is significantly speeding our time to market," said Fadel Iskander, vice president of TPSi.
"The ability to personalise documents so completely and so quickly supports our customers' CRM initiatives, which helps us strengthen our own customer relationships".
"Dialogue's unique capabilities are making it possible to customise electronic bills, statements, newsletters, and einserts, allowing our customers to speak one-to-one with their customers, whether that's online or through printed communications".
TPSi is now easily producing fully personalised communications using Dialogue's sophisticated campaign management and tracking and dynamic white space management capabilities.
Based on business rules created through pull-down menus (versus having to develop programs) Dialogue qualifies and prioritizes variable campaigns and places the most important ones in available document white space at run time.
TPSi also reports that Dialogue's "design once, deliver anywhere" saves tremendous time since the original document design does not have to be changed in order to support new delivery channels - whether that's a different printer (colour, black and white, or highlight), or electronic presentment through the Internet, fax or an archive system.
"We strive to meet the current and emerging business communication needs of our customers and our customers' customers," said Davis Marksbury, president and CEO of Exstream Software.
"The fact that Dialogue is able to make personalised document creation easier and more costeffective for TPSi through both print and electronic delivery is an excellent example of its flexibility".
"We look forward to helping TPSi continue to be successful and innovative as market demands grow and change in the future".
