Dialogue's ability to efficiently handle high-volume and on-demand personalised document creation, as well as its simple installation and ease-of-use, were major considerations in Doculink's decision to replace its current document creation technology.
"We started doing personalised direct mail ten years ago using a document management system we developed in-house," said Carl Charron, general manager of Doculink.
"When it was time to go the next step, Dialogue was the only software on the market that could not only compete with our proprietary system, but offer more".

Using Dialogue, Doculink now has the ability to create marketing campaigns based on customer response to previous messages, so that content on every customer communication - print or electronic - is relevant and timely.
Campaign message selection and integration into customer documents is dynamic based on available space, customer preference, and previous interactions with the company.
With Dialogue, Doculink is able to take a more focused, acute approach to personalisation.

Dialogue's multi-channel output capabilities also make it possible for Doculink to go to a PostScript or Metacode output format, depending on need, without re-programming.
