The new Fastrak offering targets financial, insurance and other companies that have complex, high-end document requirements, but can't justify the infrastructure investment needed to support creation and delivery of high-end output.
Fastrak is also well suited to companies with extensive legacy applications that need to be repurposed or enhanced.
APT provides full support and maintenance required for all Fastrak applications.

The client is only responsible for providing the raw data from their internal systems.
In its standard configuration, Fastrak uses Dialogue to compose the customer communications, dynamically integrate personalised messages into each one at run time, and create output for a variety of print or electronic output mediums.
This unique combination of integrated capabilities makes Dialogue a perfect choice for a program such as Fastrak, which must be able to handle a wide range of data from a myriad of different companies.
"Our experience working with Dialogue over the past year has affirmed the flexibility Dialogue offers," said Elizabeth Gooding, president and CEO of Art Plus Technology.
"It not only gives us the robust capabilities needed to support a wide range of complex documents for our clients, but its ease of use will benefit them should they choose to bring the applications in house in the future".
Among key drivers in choosing Dialogue was its ability to handle very large volumes of statements efficiently and accurately.
Dialogue has been benchmarked at producing up to five million complex, variable pages per hour.
Ease of use was also important due to APT's need to meet stringent speed-to-market commitments, and so they can easily support Fastrak clients that may want to bring their applications in house at the end of the hosting contract.
Unlike service bureaus and other ASP's, Fastrak customers have the option to own the applications developed by APT.
"The partnership with APT is a natural fit for us because of the robust capabilities of Dialogue," said Davis Marksbury, president and CEO of Exstream Software.
"Many financial companies are finding it difficult to keep up with the advances taking place today in document creation".
"Dialogue can fully support APT's excellent Fastrak offering, which not only provides top quality document designs for robust production environments but enables the ASP client to get its products to market much quicker".
Exstream Software and APT will continue to work together to expand the Fastrak ASP program over the next several months.
Future plans include the ability to offer direct mail services and a more expansive suite of ready-to-run financial document designs.
