Machine vision manufacturer Falcon-Vision's new office in Serbia will serve SE Europe, including Serbia and Montenegro, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia and Romania.
Machine vision manufacturer Falcon-Vision Rt.
has opened a new office in Novi Sad, Serbia.
This new office will serve south eastern Europe, in particular Serbia and Montenegro, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia and Romania.
The new office will be headed up by Falcon-Vision Sales Director for the area, Dejan Stanojev.
The official opening ceremony was carried out by Falcon-Vision CEO, Nigel J Terry.
He told an audience of 30, plus two national TV crews: "This is an exciting time for business in this area".
"Many facets of industry are growing rapidly and Falcon-Vision is uniquely placed to serve the industrial vision markets".
"Our QualiLine inspection systems are designed for use in the automotive, automotive component and glass industries for 100% inspection of product as part of the production and quality control process".
"However, we can also work with vision systems integrators by supplying the world-renowned Cognex range of In Sight vision sensors, which can be readily integrated into high-performance quality control systems that automatically identify and measure parts, verify the correct assembly of products and guide production equipment." Also accompanying the increase in business has been the creation of an enhanced customer support department.
Terry went on to explain: "We have offices in Hungary, Germany and now Serbia, as well as a growing distribution network, so it is very important to provide our customers with the best support possible".
"Our equipment is installed around the world".
"Our expanded Customer Support department will be responsible for installations, commissioning, operator training and warranties".
"They will also offer a comprehensive range of post warranty service and preventative maintenance contracts." There will be an increased emphasis on on-line trouble-shooting in the event of a failure to minimise down-time in busy production environments.
