By combining the Ratio:Matic Dual Head Metering Pumps from Fluid Metering with the New V300 Stroke Rate Controller, users can now proportionally meter and electronically vary the flow rate of two fluids at ratios from 1:1 up to 1000:1 at flow rates from 20 micro litres/min up to 4L/min.

Ratio:Matic pumps consist of two FMI pump heads direct coupled to a single variable speed drive.

Each pump head is independently adjustable, and a variety of pump head sizes are available.

The New V300 Stroke Rate Controller is designed for accurate fluid metering in laboratory, RandD, test stands, pilot plants, process, and production applications The V300 features front panel membrane switches for convenient manual setting of pump stroke rates adjustable in 0.1% increments.

Stroke rate can also be controlled electronically through an interface which can accept 4-20mA, 0-5 VDC, and 0-10 VDC input signals typically provided by process sensors and instrumentation.

A 3 1/2 digit LCD readout displays either the percentage of flow rate in the manual position or the actual percentage of selected input signal when controlled electronically.

The unique design of FMI's CeramPump utilizes one moving part, a rotating and reciprocating ceramic piston to accomplish both pumping and valving functions without valves.

The piston and mated liner are made of dimensionally stable, sapphire-hard ceramics which ensure long term, drift-free accuracy of 1% or better for millions of maintenance-free cycles.
