Laser Interferometer For CMM Calibration
A compact two-frequencies laser interferometer has been developed by Feanor, for analysis of CMM and machine tool geometry.
A compact two-frequencies laser interferometer has been developed by Feanor, for analysis of CMM and machine tool geometry It's small size and light weight make it easy for transportation, which is very important in calibration services performed at the customer plant
WIN 98 compatible and user-friendly software makes this system suitable for in-process measurements.
The measurement software, according to PN - 93 M55580 and ISO/DIS 230 standards, allows measurement reports according to following standards PN - 93 M55580, ISO 230-2, NMTBA,VDI/DGQ 3441 and BSI BS 4656 Part 16.
Very good technical parameters allow use of this interferometer also in the calibration room, for the precisely positioning and length standard calibration, or as a tool for upgrading older length calibration machines.
