Thanks to the application of technologies used in the aerospace industry, the Type T-180 machine can bend tubes of a reduced diameter over long lengths with a very high degree of accuracy.

The specialist equipment's very high productivity enables it to produce an impressive 200 parts per hour.

Jammes' T-180 machine is particularly suited for bending:.Stainless steel and aluminium chimney pipes (diameter: 60 mm, thickness: 0.4 mm, and length: 1 m);.Titanium pipes for the aerospace industry;.Titanium missile bodies.

The extremely fast T-180 machine bends plates in a single rotation.

Machine operation does not require specially qualified operators or specific training.

Moreover, the setting-up operation for changing part diameters is very easy and takes only 15 seconds, without the need for tooling.
