Multi-layer stretch films that comply with new European Union regulations concerning plastic materials for contact with foodstuffs offer high resistance to perforation and tearing.

Multi-layer stretch films that comply with new European Union regulations concerning plastic materials for contact with foodstuffs offer high resistance to perforation and tearing.

Linpac has launched a new range of multi-layer stretch films - the Zenit line.

The films in the Zenit line are designed to comply with new European Union regulations concerning plastic materials for contact with foodstuffs.

Linpac specialises in the production and transformation of plastic packaging for the protection and conservation of fresh foods.

The Zenit films, which are intended for industrial agribusinesses, poulterers, slaughterhouses, packing centres and supermarket chains, are designed to wrap meat, fruit, vegetables, fish and cheese.

The major advantages of the Zenit line are its optimal flexibility and high resistance to perforation and tearing, as well as excellent optical properties and increased anti-fogging power.

The edges of the rolls are trimmed to ensure perfect unwinding.

Films may be delivered neutral or printed with a slogan, logo or bar code, in individually packaged rolls or in bulk on pallets.

The films in the Zenit line are suitable for all food tray sizes and can be used for manual wrapping and automatic packaging, including intensive high-speed packaging and packaging for high-volume or sharp products (for example chicken and ribs).

The complete line includes: Zenit SL, in 2000m rolls for retail outlets and small trays; Zenit L, in 2000m rolls for retail outlets and standard trays; Zenit M, in 2000m rolls for large trays in the industrial sector; Zenit H, in 1500m rolls for bulky trays or sharp-edged products and intensive high-speed packing; and Zenit SH, in 1500m rolls for difficult products such as smoked chickens.
