CNC sheet metal rolling machine can produce in a single revolution, round-shaped conical parts and parts with varied polygon-shaped cross-sections at production rates of up to 240 parts/h Jammes Industrie of France, a manufacturer of sheet-metal rolling machines, has just launched its new CNC roller - the Rollexpress CNC-Cone

This unique, patented product makes it possible to roll, in a single revolution, both round-shaped conical parts and parts with varied polygon-shaped cross-sections.

The Rollexpress CNC-Cone, which is able to yield up to 240 parts/h, adapts to all customer requirements for producing customised parts of all sizes and shapes (triangular, square, trapezoidal, etc).

It has been used for the manufacture of catalytic converters for competition motorbikes and it also has a great many applications across all sectors of industry, whether for capital goods or consumer goods.

With the CNC roller it takes just 15 seconds to select the cone-rolling program.

The product is changed without the need for any tooling or dismantling, therefore dispensing with the presence of qualified operators.
