CNC milling centre is stiff and accurate
Milling centre - an optimal answer combining speed and rigidity - features a cast iron structure with generously proportioned roller guides for high accuracy and stiffness.
Precision CNC milling centres range up to 4000mm
A wide range of various sizes of continuous path 3- and multi-axis CNC milling machines range from a 3-axis 600x500x400mm model to 5-axis types with up to 4000mm X-axis traverse.
The Fidia F0 is the command centre of an integrated system which, by means of a powerful field bus, incorporates XPOWER drives and optical transmission LUX I/O modules.
Such an integrated system enables extremely high performance to be obtained on all types of machine tool while, at the same time, simplifying connections, installation and maintenance.
An advanced ISO programming language is available on the F0 allowing for the following.
* Definition of local, shared and system variables definition of logic, arithmetical and trigonometric expressions.
* Programming of macros using GOTO, WHILE, IF.
* Definition of subroutines.
* The IEC1131 standard can be used for the PLC or, alternatively, the Python language giving greater freedom of interaction with the NC.
Owing to its single processor architecture, the F0 features a very compact design.
The front end incorporates the 15in TFT touch screen monitor, keyboard, mouse and machine tool pushbutton panel, as well as the CPU and interface board for the field bus.
The F0 software manages gantry and tandem axes, indexed heads and roto-translating tables.
The software also features the most modern algorithms for axis control and interpolation and for advanced calculation of the feed and variations in acceleration.
