Airset features high resistance to
corrosion
Emerson's new Fisher stainless steel 67CFSR airset features high resistance to corrosion. Zero leakage will save plant or process resources
The cost to power pneumatic instruments in chemical, manufacturing, hydrocarbon, and process industries is continuing to increase, and along with it the need to minimise internal relief valve leakage wherever possible To address this problem, Emerson Process Management has introduced its Fisher 67CFSR stainless steel instrument airset

Measurement and communications are wireless
Wireless measurement and communications products are available with WirelessHART - recently approved open standard for in-plant wireless communications.
Discrete transmitter added to wireless products
A wireless discrete transmitter installs and commissions quickly, and delivers previously unavailable data for improved plant performance and safety.
Intensive laboratory leak testing shows the 67CFSR has zero leakage from the internal relief valve.
This benefit alone can save plant resources otherwise used to provide the air, natural gas or inert gas required to power pneumatic or digital instruments.
The new pressure regulator, one of a line of Fisher instrumentation airsets, boasts a higher setpoint capability (0 to 150 psig) and can be used to supply new high-tech instruments like Fisher's Fieldvue digital valve controller, as well as rugged high-pressure piston actuators.
In addition to accuracy, the 67CFSR provides constantly controlled, reduced pressures to pneumatic and electro-pneumatic controllers and other instruments assuring maximum pneumatic instrument performance and reliability.
Its broad operating temperature range (-40 to 180 degrees F; options to -60 and 300 degrees F) matches the toughest pneumatic instrument specification requirements.
The traditional quality and robust construction of Fisher products helps extend the useful life of process equipment and increase integrity in the system.
The extensive use of 316/316L stainless steel for all parts of the 67CFSR regulator assures long life, dependable performance and protection from harsh industrial and chemical environments.
Designed with digital instruments in mind, the 67CFSR mounts easily and quickly to control valve actuators, pneumatic or digital instruments, and is equally easy to change out.
It is adaptable to various types of mounting, including instrument mounting, back mounting and nipple mounting.
All maintenance can be performed with the regulator in the line.
The valve cartridge assembly installs as one piece, and should it ever require maintenance, is as easy to replace as the filter itself.
The valve cartridge assembly and filter are easily replaced in three minutes.
Parts kits are also available.
