Filling Solutions of Nottingham have provided the ideal bottle-filling solution to the UK's premier spray-tan supply company
The new filling equipment has resulted in manpower reduction of 50% while increasing process speed by a third.
Sun Laboratories of Dronfield, Derbyshire, supply the top end of the self-tan spray market and its products are found in many of the UK's department stores.
Until recently it filled its self-tanning products from an IBC into various bottles ranging from 75ml to 5 litres by hand.
However, for a modest investment of less than GBP5,000 they have found that they can achieve significant production improvements.
The new filling machine fills the bottles very accurately with spillage eliminated.
