Kurt Carlson has been appointed new Managing Director of Fixturlaser AB in Molndal; Sweden, one of the world's leading companies in laser based alignment techniques.

Kurt Carlson has been appointed new Managing Director of Fixturlaser AB in Molndal; Sweden, one of the world's leading companies in laser based alignment techniques He is well prepared for his new assignment

He has a M.Sc.

degree in Engineering Physics from KTH (the Royal Institute of Technology) in Stockholm with solid experience from leading positions with a number of Swedish high technological companies.

He has worked as optics designer and development engineer with Bofors Aerotronics, head of optics development at Victor Hasselblad AB, manager, first in the development dept.

and later in the production department, with Ericsson Saab Avionics.

He has also worked as co-ordinator within the base station development of 3G in Ericsson Radio Systems and lately as responsible for sales at Optronic.

Kurt Carlson is a strong believer in the Swedish leadership model, which is based on coaching and team spirit, but he also has a strong competitive instinct.

This will no doubt bring even greater success to Fixturlaser than to date.

The sales in practically all of the 70 countries where Fixturlaser is represented have shown an increase the first five months of 2002 compared to the same period last year.

In Sweden the sales increase is close to 30%.
