Finisar Continues Sales Expansion in Europe and Pacific Rim Signing up Two New Partners as Part of Its New Enterprise Partner Program
Finisar Corporation (NASDAQ: FNSR), a provider of high performance network tools for SANs, LANs and MANs, today announced that it has signed up the services of two new partners for the enterprise market: F2-tel, a division of Bonzai Technologies in Spain and VitalNet of Australia.
In April 2004, Finisar announced the creation of its enterprise partner program (http://investor.finisar.com/ReleaseDetail.cfm?ReleaseID=132284) and continues to pursue partnerships for the both the Enterprise LAN and Enterprise SAN market places.
F2-tel of Spain provides integrated solutions for enterprise networking technologies and offers a powerful combination of networking choices to its enterprise customers in the retail and business-to-business space.
F2-tel specializes in the delivery of comprehensive networking solutions for enterprise Local Area Networks as well as Network analysis.

VitalNet specializes in reselling Finisar tap solutions for Ethernet, Gigabit Ethernet and Fibre Channel.
These solutions allow network managers, network security engineers and system administrators to inspect, capture and analyze all packets on their networks.
Network TAPs are ideally placed in the Enterprise Network where a critical device such as a Protocol Analyzer, Intrusion Detection System (IDS), Protocol analyzer, Performance Monitor or Network Monitoring tool is to be connected.
