Small size range of floating reamer
holders
Flo-tool, a new small size range of floating reamer holders has been launched by Floyd Automatic Tooling as part of its expanding range of Flo-Tool tooling.
A new small size range of floating reamer holders has been launched by Floyd Automatic Tooling as part of its expanding range of Flo-Tool tooling Designed specifically for use with sliding head automatic lathes, these will accept reamers down to 1mm diameter
This has been achieved by adopting a new type of floating mechanism which is more compact than that required for larger sizes of reamer.
Nevertheless, it still retains the facility for the amount of float to be adjusted to suit the needs of a particular job.
In addition, there is a non-adjustable reamer holder that is even more compact!.
