The provider of tooling systems for CNC sliding head turning machines and the more specialised CNC turning centres has recently increased its product range with the introduction of the new Schwanog Splining Tool System.

The new splining tool has proven a huge success in the market and has increased customer productivity considerably.

Richard Floyd, managing director of Floyd Automatic Tooling said: "We have some very innovative products that cater for the specialist manufacturers and customers in highly productive and competitive environments.

Despite the negativity surrounding the loss of work to the Far East, our customers investment in technology combined with the solutions we provide are helping UK manufacturers claw back lost work." Floyd added: "Working to promote the 'what's new at MACH' scheme run by the MTA, we have increased the size of our stand at the exhibition to highlight all the new products we will have available at the show.

Our stand will feature machines from Tornos, Star and Citizen and they will all demonstrate the capabilities of the new moduline tooling systems from Swiss tooling specialist Applitec." Other products that will be on show at MACH 2006 will include a variety of collets, bushes, taps and dies, revolving ends, barfeed collets and a whole host of cutting tool solutions to suit your requirements.
