Flir Systems, a leader in infrared cameras, has introduced classes on RTools for SC6000/4000 and IR Thermography for Weatherization at its infrared training centre.
Flir Systems, a leader in infrared cameras, has expanded its 2007 offerings for the fully certified infrared training courses offered by its dedicated infrared training centre (ITC).
Continuing to keep up-to-date with the latest in technology and market trends, the ITC has added new courses to its schedule including RTools for SC6000/4000 and IR Thermography for Weatherization.
The ITC will offer courses at its headquarters in North Billerica, just a few miles north of Boston, and in cities throughout the United States and Canada.
The ITC's 2007 schedule of courses through December is available online.
The Infrared Training centre also sponsors the InfraMation conference, the world's largest infrared applications conference for professional thermographers, held October 15th-19th in Las Vegas, NV.
This "must-attend" annual educational event features user-led presentations on infrared applications, practical "how-to" infrared clinics, panel discussions moderated by infrared experts, networking opportunities with industry leaders, and relevant exhibits.
Attendees can register early to receive 5 free hotel nights, a free spouse pass, and a free gift.
All ITC Course Certifications meet or exceed ASNT (American Society for Non-Destructive Testing) SNT-TC-1A guidelines.
Level I and Level II courses are recognised by the InterNational Electrical Testing Association (NETA), an accredited standards developer for the American National Standards Institute (ANSI).
ITC is the only ISO-9001 certified infrared training organisation worldwide and the only factory-authorized training organisation for FLIR, Agema, and Inframetrics cameras.
ITC is the single largest employer of instructors who are ASNT, NDT and PdM TIR Level III certified.
All ITC instructors have extensive IR knowledge and field experience.
