UK roadshows educate on infrared cameras

FLIR Systems is organising a series of 2008 roadshows in the UK and Ireland to describe its latest generation of high end infrared cameras and applications.

FLIR Systems said that one of the reasons why it has grown to be the infrared market leader is that it continues to 'stretch the boundaries' of this exciting technology The company has a growing list of 'industry-firsts' to its credit including the world's first, off-the-shelf and portable 640 x 480 thermal imaging camera

Roadshow seminars - the latest generation of high end cameras builds on this proven foundation and will be introduced to the UK in a nationwide series of roadshows.

The events in Scotland, Manchester and London on May 13, May 14 and 22 respectively are from 10am to noon.

The Dublin launch on June 4, 2008, will be from 2pm - 4pm.

The roadshow will run in parallel with a similar programme to introduce mid-range cameras in the predictive maintenance and dedicated building series.

For the above venues these presentations will be from 2pm - 4pm; 10am - noon for Dublin, Ireland.

Additional venues are Cardiff, Leeds and Coventry on May 15, May 20 and May 21 respectively.

Morning sessions from 10am to noon will be devoted to predictive maintenance and 2pm - 4pm sessions to building applications.
