Free seminars promote good electrical practice

A Fluke (UK) product story
Edited by the Manufacturingtalk editorial team Mar 31, 2003

2003's 'Power Quality in Low Voltage Installations' seminar programme is to ensure that the user is offered good practical advice and the best solution to a problem.

Fluke is heavily involved in this year's 'Power Quality in Low Voltage Installations' seminar programme, organised by the Copper Development Association (CDA) and aimed at design and consulting engineers, electrical contractors and installers, and facilities maintenance staff.

The free seminars, which take place in locations throughout Britain and Ireland during 2003, bring together expertise from a number of commercial companies in conjunction with the CDA.

The Power Quality Partnership includes Fluke and other leading electrical power quality solutions providers.

The aim of the 'Power Quality in Low Voltage Installations' programme is to ensure that the customer is offered good practical advice and the best solution to his problem.

At every seminar, a representative of the member companies and the CDA will each talk on his own area of expertise, including measurement techniques, short and long term monitoring, mitigation methods and the role of the earthing system.

Fluke is well placed to offer advice.

Through its recent acquisition of Reliable Power Meters, Fluke now offers a range of permanently-sited single and three phase electrical power recorders, as well as compact portable electronic test tools used by professionals for installation, diagnosis and repair in the industrial, electronic, electrical and process markets.

Details of venues and dates can be found at the Copper Development Association's web site at www.cda.org.uk.
