A software module enables REG personnel to keep track of all their customers' information and allows field staff to log on worldwide to update their records and generate reports.

Royston Engineering Group (REG), a diesel engine specialist repair company based in Newcastle have recently completed a level one installation of Frank Media's Cuedox product The product will be used as part of an ongoing CRM application

Having survived for a number of years on legacy (and outdated) database systems, REG's IT manager John Legg looked at a number of applications before recommending Cuedox.

"Cost, flexibility, ease of use and efficient maintenance were primary concerns," said John, "and Cuedox offered the most appropriate and comprehensive solution for what we required".

Cuedox allows for seamless integration of existing database information and delivers the collated information through a browser, thus negating the need for continually opening and closing other applications.

The CRM module of Cuedox enables REG personnel to keep track of all their customers information and allow field staff to log on from anywhere in the world to update their records and generate reports.

"Cuedox is now firmly established as part of the REG infrastructure and future implementation will include the Human Resource and Workflow modules," said John.
