Fully welded, stainless steel, universal tension/ compression S beam load cells can be used in a wide range of applications including hopper-, over- head-track-scales and packaging equipment.
Available in capacities from 200 kg -2000 kg, the BK uses advanced potting techniques which allow this IP67 load cell to be used in the toughest of environments.
The BK is approved to OIML 3000 divisions for use in legal for trade scales.
As with most of the Flintec load cell range, this load cell has a high 1100 ohm input resistance and features the company's mV/V/ohm calibration technique which avoids time consuming corner calibration in multiple load cell systems.
The 200 kg version has a height of only 12.7 mm while the 2000 kg is still only 25.4 mm high.
Both threaded and through hole mounting versions are available.
A special low cost stainless steel mounting assembly is available for process weighing applications.
This unit incorporates a suspended load application bracket which ensures correct load introduction and accommodates movement due to temperature fluctuations.
The BK is part of Flintec's extensive range of load cells, mounting accessories and OEM sensors ranging from 3 kg to 300 000 kg.
