Compact robot offers high speed handling
A high-speed, space-saving robot has been designed to give a straight-forward handling system in confined operating spaces for machine builders.
The 6-axis LR Mate 200iC robot has a rigidly constructed lightweight arm which enables it to be positioned in confined spaces where maintenance and product change-overs are common The LR Mate 200iC will handle up to 5kg payloads

Off line programming trims routing cell costs
Two robotic routing cells which were engineered, programmed and built to a 'commissioning ready' state from CAD data alone, have recently been installed at an automotive components supplier.
Typically, when working with a 1kg payload in high speed picking or packing, the robot can perform the industry standard bench test (25mm up by 300mm across by 25mm down) in 0.49s.
The thin arm of the LR Mate 200iC weighs just 27kg.
The user can mount the robot upside down, in a side mounted position or on a base.
The robot's low weight and mounting options allow system integrators to build machines with ease of access to work areas.
Consequently production down-time is minimised as access for re-tooling and maintenance is simplified.
The 700mm robots have a large working envelope.
