Focus SB Engineering designs and manufactures prototypes, produces high quality pressed metal components for most industry sectors and makes tools for manufacturers throughout the south of England.

Focus SB Engineering of Hastings, East Sussex, will once again use the Southern Manufacturing Show at Thorpe Park, Surrey, to promote its extensive engineering capabilities.

Formally known as CH Turners and Sons , Focus SB Engineering is able to design and manufacture prototypes, produce high quality pressed metal components for most industry sectors and to undertake tool making for manufacturers throughout the south of England.

It can also produce short run working samples so that customers can check out their ideas before going into full production.

Well equipped tool room - the company is well equipped tool room incorporates; programmable CNC milling machines, spark erosion machines as well as wire erosion machinery which is capable of engineering high tolerance press tooling to suit the client's required production run.

Alongside these machines, the press shop has power presses from 100-800kN (10 to 80 tonf), hydraulic presses up to 7500kN (750 tonf) and with quick change tooling, Focus SB is also able to accommodate both small and large runs in both roll feed and single operation work.

The company even has the in-house facilities to assemble machined and press parts which are finished and individually inspected to maintain very high quality standards.
