SCP re-certification follows audit
Invensys Process Systems earns Support Center Practices certification for fourth consecutive year
Invensys Process Systems has announced that the company's Foxboro, Massachusetts-based Global Product Support group has achieved certification under the prestigious Support centre Practices (SCP) certification program for the fourth consecutive year SCP certification quantifies the effectiveness of customer support based upon a stringent set of performance standards representing best practices in the industry

Invensys Process Systems' Global Product Support group provides first-line technical support for Invensys' Avantis enterprise asset management system customers, Foxboro industrial automation customers , SimSci-Esscor simulation and optimisation customers, and Triconex safety and critical control system customers.
The group also provides first-line technical support for Invensys' recently introduced InFusion enterprise control system.
"Thanks to these annual audits, we're able to continuously improve our customer support capability," said Ricardo Cortejoso, vice president and general manager of global product support at Invensys Process Systems.
"Last year's audit identified several areas where improvement was possible and we were pleased to learn that the current audit verifies that we have successfully addressed these issues".
