Mori Seiki buys 100% of Fredk Pollard
Mori Seiki, Japan, has purchased 100% of the shares and assets of Fredk Pollard and Co in Leicester, UK - the new company is called MS Pollard, trading as a wholly owned subsidiary.
Mori Seiki Co, one of the worldwide leading manufactures of CNC metal cutting machines has purchased 100% of the shares and assets of Fredk Pollard and Co Fredk Pollard have exclusively represented Mori Seiki in the UK since 1983 and successfully built a customer base of around 1,000 companies with over 5,000 installations The new company called MS Pollard, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Mori Seiki, will continue to serve and support all of the Mori Seiki and Hitachi Seiki installations in the UK through the former dealer, giving the customer the full advantage of direct contact with the manufacturer
