Mori Seiki wish to acquire Dixi machine
tools
It is Mori Seiki's intent to purchase the Swiss Dixi precision machine tool manufacturing facility and continue the machines' design, manufacture, distribution and service.
Mori Seiki Co, Nagoya, Japan, and the Dixi Group, Le Locle, Switzerland are in exclusive negotiations concerning Dixi machine tools It is Mori Seiki's intent to purchase the Dixi manufacturing facility, where machines are produced, and continue the design, manufacture, distribution and service of Dixi brand machine tools from Le Locle, Switzerland
