Electrostatically attracted dust can be removed from mouldings, plastic sheets and extrusions with an ionised airknife from Fraser Anti-Static Techniques Model 5500E is claimed to produce a beam of ionised air that removes the dust and neutralises the static charge in the product

The air leaves the airknife at a claimed 110 metres per second and is ionised by a 1250 ionising bar.

The best operational distance from the product is said to be 100mm-150mm.
