The Accupixel range from Pulnix is a family of Cameralink cameras that benefit from an extremely modular design, allowing for easy exchange of camera models should the application require it.

With the exception of the 4.2 Megapixel model, all cameras in the range are available with either the RS-644 or Cameralink interface and share the same external dimensions of 44 x 44 x 64mm.

All cameras have 10-bit sampling with 10-bit to 8-bit LUT (look up table) for 8-bit readout.

The LUT is user programmable for dynamic range control, which allows the user to maximize the range of the sensor, and the software supplied allows easy and intuitive control of all LUT functions.

Other common features of the range include: progressive scan, asynch reset, RS-232 control and partial scan.

In addition, binning is available on certain models as is selectable output speed.

The 26 Accupixel models cover most resolution and speed requirements with resolutions ranging from VGA through to 2K x 2K and with full frame speeds reaching 60 fps.

All versions are available in both monochrome and colour, and 10 bit output versions are available on most models as a factory option.
