Advanced linescan cameras have more
power
Advanced linescan cameras with more power, more speed and more resolution, redefine high end imaging - with eight outputs each running at 40MHz at either 8k or 12k resolutions.
The Piranha3 family of advanced linescan cameras redefines high-end linescan imaging with eight outputs each running at 40MHz at either 8k or 12k resolutions With large line lengths and high data rates the Piranha3 family is perfectly positioned to meet the throughput demands of flat panel inspection (Gen7 and Gen8) and printed circuit board inspection, enabling these cameras to perform more inspections in the same amount of time

Modular vision cameras easily exchanged
The Accupixel range from Pulnix is a family of Cameralink cameras that benefit from an extremely modular design, allowing for easy exchange of camera models should the application require it.
Successor to popular machine vision camera
The new JAI CV-A10/A70 CL monochrome/colour cameralink camera series from JAI is the successor to the JAI CV-M10.
The range includes 8K and 12k models, and all cameras boast advanced features that include: line rates up to 33.7kHz with 320MHz data throughput, high sensor responsivity, calibration times of 10 seconds (8k) or 14 seconds (12k), and 100% pixel fill factor.
Additionally, the cameras feature onboard flat field correction for minimizing sensor FPN and PRNU and to correct for lens vignetting and non-uniform lighting.
The user is able to select the number of taps, bit depth, and Camera Link Mode, and the gain is adjustable from -10dB to +10dB.
For easy setup and configuration, all models in the range can output a diagnostic test pattern.
The sensitivity is maximised through the use of Dalsa's latest IT-PX sensors that were designed and created in Dalsa's own chip foundry.
All cameras in the range also have exposure control with 100x antiblooming.
The Piranha3 range conforms to the Medium or Full Camera Link standards and represents the largest resolution and highest throughput line scan cameras in the Dalsa range.
Typical applications include flat panel display and printed circuit board inspection, parcel sorting and security applications, high resolution document scanning and other vision situations that require a high throughput. Request a free brochure from Firstsight Vision ...
