The new green, focusable, TEC lasers from Stockeryale/Lasaris offer greater contrast on difficult surfaces and are particularly suited to medical applications.

The Green TEC lasers from StockerYale/Lasaris are a new addition to the excellent TEC Series and offer much better visibility to the human eye than standard red lasers.

They also provide better contrast when projected on red hot metal and other difficult surfaces.

The laser also includes a thermoelectric system, which maintains a constant laser diode temperature for applications demanding wavelength stability.

This Green TEC laser boasts one of the longest Green laser lifetimes available.

The Green TEC laser has been adapted specifically for harsh environments with a tough anodised aluminium laser housing and stainless steel optical projection head.

Options include a wide range of interchangeable pattern projection heads that all provide a uniform distribution of light rather than the more common Gaussian distribution.

Features include: * High visibility to the human eye; high contrast, even on red hot metal * Excellent wavelength and power stability * Extended lifetime * Line generators that have a uniform intensity distribution * Focusable * Output monitoring loop * ESD, over-temperature, and reverse-polarity protection The TEC Series is also available with a fibre coupled remote head particularly suited to applications where space is at a premium in very tough environments or for various medical applications.
