Glycodur bearings are free from lead and environmentally detrimental metals and are also manufactured without the use of toxic solvents.

In many cases, continuous operation with low viscosity fluids, shock loading, and extreme changes in fluid viscosity, may interrupt the supporting lubricant film resulting in premature failure of pumps.

GlycodurF-plain wrapped bearings are self lubricated and provide effective lubrication at all times, so that pumps can operate effectively in almost any condition of lubrication, adequate or poor.

Additionally, Glycodur F- plain wrapped bearings can withstand temperatures up to 250deg and are resistant to most chemicals and fluids, which make it an ideal solution for a wide range of pump applications.

For critical operating applications, or special operating conditions bespoke bearings can be designed to be used on super-finished shafts.
