Major changes made to electric steam boiler range

A Fulton Boiler Works product story
Edited by the Manufacturingtalk editorial team Dec 16, 2002

Electric steam boiler range has been upgraded to conform to the latest European Directive and carries CE certification.

The Electropack EP18 - EP 100 has been upgraded to conform to the latest European Directive and carries CE certification.

The changes enhance the specification and performance of this fully packaged electric steam boiler.

The Europack EP 150 and 200 extend the Fulton range up to 200kW (320kg/h).

These boilers require a separate feed water tank, which can be supplied as individual items or with the boiler as a full assembled skid mounted system.

At the lower end, the MiniCompack is a compact electric steam boiler (also available as skid mounted units) in four sizes CP9, 12, 15 and 18, with duties 13 -27kg/h.

Ideal for those applications with a small steam demand such as laboratories and test houses.

The Dragon steam boiler (23kg/h - 104kg/h) and EFS Flash Steam boiler (73kg/h - 109kg/h constant, 300kg/h peak) complete the portfolio.

All of these electric steam boilers can be built onto a bespoke turnkey factory built skid mounted package where the boiler, feed tank, blowdown vessel and water treatment plant are incorporated on to a skid with interconnecting mechanical and electrical services.

This type of arrangement is becoming ever more popular, where the responsibility for the steam plant rests with the experts, Fulton Boiler Works (Great Britain).

All Fulton electric boilers have a five year warranty on the pressure vessel and are supported by a pre and after sales service support organisation.
