Managing your tool and equipment asset and register in an effective and easy to use software package that is safety and maintenance based.

Hand Arm Vibration risk management programs can be further developed by taking advantage for the HAV modules found within Toolminder Easy to configure vibration details can be stored against individual tools with infinite detail allowing application data to be managed, viewed, recalled and printed

The HAVs module facilities have been provided to show vibration data in respect of HSE points per hour, Time periods to Exposure Action Value (EAV) and Exposure Limit Value (ELV) along with a user configurable productivity based measurement of for example, Holes to EAV.

User configurable properties allow for applications to be defined for example, Rotary Drilling, 20mm Drill Bit into 40NM concrete with 100mm depth and then the number of Holes drilled to Action Value and Limit Value.

Once configured organisations can appoint more common applications as default choices for the tool as it is actually used by them.

This allows for reports and certificates to be issued for the default or all values pertaining to a tool or the whole asset base.

Toolminder can assist with the introduction and upkeep of a low vibration purchasing policy and allows for comparisons between equipment to be easily made.

Product grouping facilities enable users to setup their own meaningful terminology under which to store tools.

This allows items for example breakers, to be displayed collectively irrespective of manufacturers for easy comparison.

Tagging equipment to give usage details to the user of a tool has never been easier with the Toolminder tagging and labelling module.

Customisable tags and labels can either be ordered by fax or email with a list of data that is compiled from within Toolminder or with the addition of a printer these can be printed in house and on demand.

The design and data options are endless allowing it to be adjusted to your vibration risk management plan.

The dynamic exposure calculator allows for jobs to be created which are 'built up' detailing the tools used for the particular job.

When coupled with the usage time for the tool(s) accumulated usage times, HSE points etc.

are provided and can be saved.

This allows for job planning based on likely exposure and to assist the roll out of risk reduction procedures, these can be printed for issue.

Other features can be configured even down to the preferred headings where Plant No.

could read Asset No.

or EID No.

This allows your users to define terminology that they are already used to.

Organisation names and job descriptions are also configurable for report printing purposes further catering the flexibility and personalisation required.
