Vibration data available for 5500 power tools
Total Safety Solutions has just completed its 5500th hand-arm vibration (HAV) assessment, making it what is believed to be the largest database of real HAV data in the UK.
The HAVs module facilities have been provided to show vibration data in respect of HSE points per hour, Time periods to Exposure Action Value (EAV) and Exposure Limit Value (ELV) along with a user configurable productivity based measurement of for example, Holes to EAV.
User configurable properties allow for applications to be defined for example, Rotary Drilling, 20mm Drill Bit into 40NM concrete with 100mm depth and then the number of Holes drilled to Action Value and Limit Value.
