Dust extraction and filtration on show
Flextraction will be exhibiting a range of new and existing dust collecting, mist separating and fume extraction equipment at Total Processing and Packaging Exhibition.

Fume, dusts extraction systems to be shown
UK representative for German, Swedish and Dutch fume, dusts and all forms of airborne contamination equipment will exhibit the systems at a UK manufacturing show.
Kiekens products on show include a new Dustmaster DM9000 for filtering very fine dusts found in pharmaceutical manufacture, food processing and chemical industries plus single phase KE1000 and 3-phase KE2000 industrial mobile vacuum cleaners with accessories including primary separators for picking up liquids and larger dust particles.
All these products meet directive 94/9 EC for equipment intended for potentially explosive atmospheres (ATEX).
A Tiltable Pre-separator for high vacuum dust extraction with a 2,000 kg load capacity, Multistage Centrifugal Turbo-compressors used in centralised vacuum systems for pick and place applications, vacuum suction and hold down in bakeries and other food manufacturing applications, plus a full range of industrial fans up to 300kW for dust and fume extraction and material conveyance as well as 'MISTMASTER' mist separators for the extraction and separation of polluted mist and atomised vapours will be demonstrated.

Portable filter for the extraction of gases
Flextraction has launched the Fumex LF70 portable filter for the extraction of gases, capturing at source all forms of airborne contamination: dust, fume and oil mist.
The highlight of Fumex products on show will be the launch of brand new 100mm diameter polypropylene and ESD extraction arms, plus the LF175, one of a series of Local Filter Kits (LFK) for use in a wide variety of applications based around the LF50PG-230 particle/gas fan and filter combination and LF 70, a portable filter for the extraction of airborne pollutants in laboratories, pharmaceutical manufacturing as well as hospital applications.
Two new ATEX certified extraction arms will be shown, the R2000 125EX with a special paint finish and R2000 160EXH stainless steel arm plus a range of Terfu local extractor arms with friction joints and ball bearings to make positioning easy and accurate at the same time, the arms stay in position when adjusted as well as a new TEX-AA telescopic local extractor for use with a mass spectrometer in the pharmaceutical industry will be shown.
From TEKA, the Caremaster SF-BIA, a new mobile fume filter for nearly every industrial fume extraction application will be demonstrated.
