A wet and swarf suction unit cleans up dust particles and granules, as well as swarf and their accompanying coolants and lubricants, wet industrial waste and sludge.
It can be used in many industries such as food manufacturers, metal fabricators, construction, chemical and pharmaceutical firms.
The W192 is a compact, highly manoeuvrable 230V 50/60Hz cleaner with two 1000W turbo compressors.
The unit has powerful suction capability - up to 20,5kPa measured at the inlet with an airflow of 370m3/h.
A 10m mains cable is included.
There is a filter to separate air and swarf.
A removable, powder coated 35 litre mesh basket separates liquids and swarf.
It has a 1.4m2 fluid and oil resistant filter cartridge for final filtration.
An integrated pump pumps out liquids.
The W192 operating noise level is just 68dB(A).
Options with the W192 include an automatic pump facility to prevent the overfilling of liquids and a self-aspirating pump for the continuous pumping of liquids.
