Latest oil mist and vapour separator is designed for use in a wide range of industrial processes, including machine shops, to treat polluted oil mists and vapours.

Kiekens 'Mistmaster' is the latest oil mist and vapour separator from Flextraction, Melton Mowbray, UK, specialist provider for capturing at source all forms of airborne contamination - dust, fume and oil mist.

Flextraction is the sole UK representatives for Kiekens Products, The Netherlands, industrial high vacuum cleaning systems.

'Mistmaster' is a three-phase 400V 50Hz centrifugal mist separator available in three versions M500, M1500 and M2500.

It is designed for use in a wide range of industrial processes, including bakeries, printing offices as well as machine shops using turning lathes and milling machines, where the extraction and separation of polluted oil mists and vapours is necessary.

All three models are CE marked, meet IP55 protection specifications and are virtually maintenance free with low operating noise levels from +/-60 to +/-78 dB(A) at 1m.

Airflow capacities range from 500 - 2500m3/h depending on the model.

This separator will provide + 99% filtration using local extraction.

The unit has a stainless steel housing and a fluid bath is used to separate any mist and vapours, these are discharged directly through an overflow valve and can be used for re-cycling.

The filters are self cleaning.

Options include a mounting frame, a range of after filters, a silencer, oil return hose with attachment as well as extraction ducting and hoses.
