Competition with machine tools and skills
Great Britain can compete successfully on the world stage, according to Phil Round, chief executive of the Herefordshire and Worcestershire Group Training Associations (GTAs).
Our customers have a right to expect nothing less from us," said Alain Fidelia, managing director.
"I have always believed that if we pay attention to the smaller details, including the colour scheme and paint finish, the overall feeling about the quality of the machines will be enhanced, and customers will happy to invest in our products." Traditional greens and greys have given way to a mix of dark brown, beige and blue which are designed to give Gate's machines a unique identity, and to make them 'stand out from the crowd'.
Fidelia said that the MACH 2006 exhibition was an important showcase for Gate Machinery's products, so it was natural for the company to use this platform to introduce a new colour scheme to as wide an audience as possible.
