Cost-effective assembly system installed
India based Avasarala Automation, has provided cost effective solution for a compressor assembly line for air-conditioner and refrigerator system.
Consequently Gamor is to open a commercial office in India to continue its very active exporting activity.
In 2006, 40% of its sales came from exports to more than 25 countries, and in the first months of 2007, this percentage has increased to 70%, after attending trade fairs in Belarus, Mexico, and India.
Gamor will initially rent a commercial office in Bangalore for exhibiting and storing the company's machinery.
The initial investment foreseen for this introduction will reach EUR 100,000 euros this year and EUR 200,000 during 2008.
As the machinery market is undergoing trends to internationalism, the ideal strategy for Gamor is to establish a joint venture with a local partner and to create a new autonomous company with the possibility of managing itself, for supplying the entire Asian market.
Currently, only precision tapping machines are marketed in the European Community, directed at the mould, valve, automation, wind, railway and aeronautics sector.
Gamor's objective is to increase sales in other not so traditional markets and with products in keeping with the technology used in those markets.
